How do I convert an mov file to mp3?
I looked in iTunes and I didn't see such an option, also in QuickTime there wasn't an option either.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12)
My menu has changed. Where it used to say Convert to MP3 it now says Convert to AAC. I want the MP3 back!
In iTunes look at Preferences > General and then Import Settings. I set the Import Settings to MP3 Encoder.
Drag in your .mov file, select it and then select Convert from the File menu... the option to Create MP3 Version should be available.
