I'm trying to connect my iPhone 6 to our Apple Mac in order to do a backup however i keep getting the following message. 'iTunes could not connect to the iPhone xxx because an invalid response was received from the device.' A Message also appears on the iPhone asking if I trust source, to which I have replied yes but I can't get any further?
