No network connection apps keep crashing iOS 10.3

Just received my iPhone 7plus 128gb horrible usage can't connect on network or wifi majority of the time to use data for apps or web browsing keeps saying unable to load example YouTube text will come up but no video just keeps loading or closes app its more than 1 app multiple apps I rebooted phone and reset network same problem plz help

The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch .

Since you have restarted the iPhone and reset your network settings, the next step is to try restoring your device from a backup using this help article: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup . If you do not have a recent backup to restore from other than the one I recommended you make prior to us starting our troubleshooting today, there is another option to get your iOS reinstalled without erasing the data on your iPhone as described in this help article: If you can‘t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch . Please pay close attention when you reach step 4 which says "When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data." to get your iOS reinstalled. Test if the issue is still occurring.

i have been having the same problem for the past four days, for some reason my iphone 7 plus did an update and now drops off my network or anytime i leave home and come back it will connect to my router but gives me no access to the net unless i turn both the router and modem off for 30 seconds.

i have hard reset everything and that was a huge pain and im still having this problem.

apple have offered to exchange my phone but it is also happening to my wives iphone 5 so replacing the phone is not the issue its the IOS update..
