The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Then, please use this help article: Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Check the last section titled "Clear information from your device".
