Q: no music in ipod

I CANNOT FIND MY MUSic in my ipod.  if I hit the music button I only get a white screen

iPod touch, Windows 7

    It doesn't say "No music?" Have you used it before and/or synced music to it already?

     

    Perhaps try a restart. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top edge of the device until the slider appears, then slide the slider. In a minute after the device has shut off, hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see the Apple logo. Then try the Music app again and see if it's any different.
