Q: Mac 27 Inch 2015 Fan Full Speed Boot Up

Hi, I have a Mac 27 Inch 2015 3.2G I5 Core Model.  So This is my second one and here is what happened.  My First MAC same model I bought Late 2015.  The fan would randomly turn on full speed at start up.  My computer has not been on in 24-48 Hours so Heat should not be an issue and its 68 degrees in the house.  I had hard shutdown and it goes away.  Call Apple Care, they have me reset the VRAM I think what they called it and should fix it.  Nope no fix.  It starts to do it again so I call them up again.  They reset same stuff and have me unplug power ETC.  Week later does it again.  Take it to Apple and they fix it for a few days and replace the fan.  Get it all the way home and the Display won't start.  Take it back and they fix the display.  Then 2 days later Fan comes on again full speed at start up.  Take it back to Apple and they tell me they have never seen the issue and give me a new Mac.  So here I am 3 months later and it's doing it again.  Full speed at start up and it won't stop unless I do hard reset.  Call up Apple and they have me do the same VRAM settings.  Week later it does it again.  So now I need to make an App with Apple and really get tired of hauling this thing into the store.

Does anybody know if this is a known issue?  All I do is browse the Web and Watch iTunes so not sure what's causing it?  This is the second MAC that has done this and Apple Care says they never have heard of the Problem.  Any ideas?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

How many appliances are you running from a single power point or power board?  Try using a single use power point with possibly also a surge protector.  This cured a persistent problem for me but not the same as yours.  This si an easy fix so hope it works for you.

I just have a lamp and speakers plugged into it.  I will give that a shot.  I placed a surge protector on it stand alone.  Just is really weird how it happens in different times and you would think if it was the surge it would happen more often.
