Q: I have iTunes charges of $9.99 monthly since 5/16/16 i did not authorize

I have been billed $9.99 on my Discover card on 4/16/16, 4/30/16, 5/16/16, 5/30/16, 6/16/16, 6/30/16, 7/16/16, 7/30/16, 8/16/16, 8/30/16, 9/16/16, 9/30/16, and 10/16/16.  I di not authorize any of these charges.  In addition I got billed $39.99 on 4/10/16.

I have been very busy with my husband being ill and going in and out of hospitals since 2105 and during 2016.  My statement is paperless and all my bills were put on autopay due to no having time to pay each bill each month.  I am finally catching up with my bills and realized iTunes has been charging me twice a month since 4/16/16.

This needs to be refunded and I would like to know who and how was these charges authorized and what are they for?

Please contact me via e-mail ******* to reconcile these charges.

I can also be reached at ********.

Please contact me asap.

Thank You

You need to contact iTunes support for any refund questions.  https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

It sounds as if you have a recurring subscription to something, possibly Apple Music. Either way, you can check this support document regarding recurring subscriptions to change it. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Also, you should never post your personal phone number and email address on a public forum. You open yourself up to all sorts of security issues. I've asked the hosts to edit that information from your post.

Do not publish personal information on a public forum. I will ask the Hosts to mask it.

You can find out what is being charged to your iTunes account by opening iTunes on your computer, click on Account in the top menu bar, click on View My Account and put in your Apple ID password, scroll down on the Account info screen to Purchase History, and then click on See All, to see all of your purchaes.

    Best of luck,
