Q: Apple charged for Music even though on Family Plan

Hi

I am the Organiser of a Family, with a total of 4 members.  However, one of the members has been charged for Apple Music (on their store credit) and I want to find out how to get that refunded.

Please can someone tell me how I can go about getting this credited back to their account.
