Q: iPad software support-PDF printer from Darsoft
Dear Apple Support,
RE: Dar-soft's "PDF printer" for iPad
This little app was working OK or fine, before upgrade to iOS 10 on the iPad. Now one cannot really invoke the app anymore. It takes a very long time to "open" and then I find that it is already open when you double click the home button but still useless.
This app is called "PDF printer" most probably needs an upgrade after iOS 10 became the defecto OS for all iPhones and iPads. But no upgrade so far.
The Support website for the developer Dar-soft @dar-soft.com is forever UN-reachable!
Does this mean, the life of this software app is permanently over. But there are other Darsoft software still on sale at the App Store. And they Darsoft seem to be totally unaware of their software not functioning.
I hope I have broadcast this problem at the right community for people who are using iPad and it's app. Don't buy or install anymore Darsoft software until this matter is resolved.

For info you are talking to fellow users on these forums, not iTunes Support nor 'Apple Support'
If the app doesn't work on iOS 10 then it looks like the developers haven't made any necessary changes to make it iOS 10 compliant, and they won't be doing so - from their Facebook page : https://www.facebook.com/darsoftapps/
We are sorry to announce that the DAR Software account will be closed soon. All DAR Software apps will be deleted from the Apple App Store but remain working on your devices. The updates and support for those apps will be stopped, but the VPN subscriptions that you have purchased will work the same way, because they are part of another service.
