Q: Not formatted messages in mail.app

Hello.

I have a problem with reading messages in my Mail application on MacOS Sierra.

At the web interface they looks like formatted html messages:

But in the Mail application the same message looks like only text:

 

And at the many messages pictures not loaded, like this:

    I see that you are having an issue with images loading in the Mail app on MacOS Sierra. We appreciate you providing an image of the issue you are having, and I know how important it is to make sure that you an clearly see images when reading emails. Let's see how I can help.

    First, have you tried to quit the mail app and reopen to see if you get the same thing? If not, please start there and see if you get the same result. 

    Then, I would also suggest giving your MacBook a fresh restart, and then trying to view this email again.

    To fix this issue, go to Mail > Preferences > Viewing  and check the checkbox for "Load remote content in messages".
