Oct 19, 2016 10:59 AM in response to Reptilia1006by Ingo2711,Just to make sure, your iCloud storage space does not affect the free space on your iPhone. If you have no more free space on the iPhone, you will get the "Storage full" message as well. Go to Settings/General/About and check your available free space. As you have only approx. 12GB usable space on the phone after the firmware has been installed, the space can be filled up very easily by videos, photos etc.
You can also connect to iTunes on your computer and check the status bar to get more info on what is taking that much space on your phone.
Transferring photos to your computer and syncing them back via iTunes can save some space, for example.

Photos synced by iTunes are optimized in size and quality and use less space.
