calendar not finding events before December 2014
Just as the header says
I can find events in Dec 2014, but not before December 01 2014
Turning of spotlight and re-indexing didn't fix it
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12)
Had problems with calendar not syncing to my iPad and previous entries disappearing. Apple Support suggested signing out of icloud and signing in again. It took a couple of minutes to repopulate after signing back in but my calendar is now complete. Do this on whatever device is problematic.
