Why does my iPhone keep connecting to GPRS after a few minutes indoors when it initially connects to 3G/4g

Sometimes the 4g/3G is lost being in the same location and connects to GPRS. there's also sometimes issues with the camera. It sometimes freezes. Are these software issues? Normally turning flight mode on then off fixes the 4g/3G issue temporarily and locking and unlocking he phone fixes the camera issue temporarily.

As for the dropping signal, do other phones have 3G connectivity at that place? Does the phone also revert to GPRS when you switch it to "E" instead before you enter the building?

Did you already try the general troubleshooting steps? This should at least help with the camera issue.

1. Force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data.

2. In case this does not work, set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup. Test the signal strength. If it works, restore from the backup.

3. If factory resetting does not help, get the phone checked by Apple:

Make an Apple Store appointment
