Q: not connect to itunes but charging work only from dock not to laptop or computer

My iphone 6 plus not connect to itunes i have performed all procedure to connect computer but still not connect to computer an itunes..but charging is continue via dock..but charging not continue during connect to itunes..plz tell me is there any lightining port problem or something else? plz tell me asap.

They include updating iTunes to the latest version:
