Why was I billed again yesterday for tidal when I reached out to both apple and tidal about complications canceling my tidal subscription I want a full refund after several weeks maybe a month of trying to end my tidal subscription apple never emailed me back and tidal reps said they can't help me because the subscription was through apple wallet apple i want my subscrption ended and a full refund of my money and I have the emails to prove it

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, that these are user-to-user forums, and that Apple are not here - nobody on here can cancel your subscription, nor can we potentially refund you.


To cancel your subscription log into your iTunes account : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

In terms of a refund, purchases are considered final, you would have to contact iTunes Support (e.g. via your purchase history, via Apple's 'report a problem' site, or via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here) and see if they will refund you
