many programs request access to keychain at startup after OSSierra update

Following update of the system to OS Sierra at startup many programs require keychain password.

These are e.g

accountsd

identityservicesd

safari

To start work after each break I must input keychain password many times.

What is the reason and what are security issues?

How to avoid this?

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, ubi-ubu.

It looks like each time you log into your Mac, you're prompted to enter in your keychain password for several applications. I know how inconvenient it can be to have to continuously enter in the same password on your computer, so I'm happy to help you get this sorted out.

The issue you're experiencing mainly happens when your user password gets out of sync with the keychain login password, especially if your user password was changed recently. Your keychain password being out of sync should not pose any security risk. I recommend following the steps in Keychain Access: If you’re asked frequently to unlock your keychain to get everything synced back up again..

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Take care.
