iPhone 7 Plus battery life.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for anyone who owns an iPhone 7 Plus and what your experience has been with the battery life? On a 100% charge my battery is at 50%-60% without doing anything labor intensive at all after an 8 hour work day. My 6 Plus could last almost 2 days on a 100% charge.

When on home wifi, cellular disabled, a 10 min youtube video can take sometimes 5-10% of battery.

I have disabled the obvious background app refresh, wifi off when I'm out etc.

I have took the phone into Apple where they restored it to original settings and I'm still having the same issue.

Are there any features enabled automatically on iOS 10.0.3 that are battery killers? I can't think what else to do. i feel like the battery is faulty despite Apple testing it in store and saying it was fine.

I Just bought the iphone 7 plus. I have noticed that, if I do nothing on the phone, like overnight, it has the same battery % in the morning as when I went to bed. If I do simpler tasks, like texting and talking on the phone, it reduces the battery, but not by as much as if I am on FB or watching videos. Also, I am always "topping off" the battery, and I have found that, unlike the reports online, it charges fairly quickly.

I am hoping that it does not get much worse over time. But I kind of think that none of the phones have the battery life that they are advertised to have.

I have exactly the same problem with my iPhone 7. I took it back within the 14 days and they replaced with another new one. Unfortunately the battery life on the new one is just as bad. I to think very strange as the battery life on my old 6s was much better. I thought the battery might be faulty, but apple said fine. I believe that batteries are the problem or software not working properly. Unfortunately nothing I can do to determine cause.
