Blue liquid looking spots inside my Iphone 5s screen

Help needed! I was checking my phone last night and I got suprised by big blue liquid looking spots inside my screen. I can still see everything on my screen but there are transparent blue spots inside. Nothing happens if I push on it and the spots don't move around (like water would probably do inside the screen). My Immediate reaction was to turn my phone off and put it in uncooked rice and seek help. My IPhone 5s is 2 months old and I haven't dropped it or had it around water or heat.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.0.3

Hi

I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your iPhone checked and to establish your available service options:

To check your warranty status:

https://checkcoverage.apple.com

In the meantime, do not try to turn on, use or charge your iPhone if moisture may be present.
