Can JBL Creature II speakers be used independently with Nano?

Hi everyone,

I have the JBL Creature II speakers and i was wondering if they can be used independently with my 1st generation Nano? I want portable iPod speakers and wanted to know if it's possible to buy a dock and cables to connect my Nano to the speakers without having it connected to the computer? Can someone help me?
