I cannot get my IPOD 7G Classic to connect to my TV to view video or photos. I get the message on the IPOD.

I am connecting to TV with 30pin to HDMI connector. Settings set to TV on. Can anyone help please?

Can you provide a link to this adapter product? An iPod classic produces analog composite video output, and HDMI is digital. I don't think you can simply connect the two with a "connector" and expect it to work.
This is Apple's product for sending video output from your iPod to a TV. The output is composite, so if your TV does not have composite input, you need a separate converter device to change the signal to digital HDMI.
