Q: iOS 10
I have had enormous problems since installing the latest upgrade on my iPhone 6. The phone crashes regularly, Apps and systems will not open or quit, the phone is no longer reliable; in addition the security process for opening the phone is long-winded and tedious. Two three hour sessions with Apple Support, and re-setting the phone, have not helped. No appointments at the Apple store (altho promised one after an struggle with the appointments manager, but left after a two hours' wait) in the forseeable future. What to do?? Have others experienced similar problems after the last upgrade?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
