I had to reset my phone over the weekend, and as a result I lost all of my music. I am trying to redownload it onto the phone. However, when I drag a song from my iTunes library over to "my phone," the song turns gray with a circle next to it, only under the my phone section, it is still fine and playable in the library portion of iTunes. Anyone know how to fix this?
