Q: iPhone 7 128GB the vibration and the home button are not working

the problem is above mentioned.

I tried to make a restart and it's still not working!

I don't know if I should send it to repair.

if somebody have a solution please tell me

    I understand that, despite having restarted your iPhone, you're not getting a haptic or other response from its Home button. Fortunately there are a few things that we can check, as well as some troubleshooting that may help.

    First, try checking your settings in Settings > General > Home Button to ensure that the haptic feedback selected is enough to discern when it occurs.

    You can change the haptic feedback that you get when you use the Home button at Settings > General > Home Button.

    You might notice the haptic feedback more when you're holding your iPhone rather than while it's lying on a table.

    About the Home button on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus


    If that doesn't make a difference, then the information below provides some troubleshooting. Should the prescribed troubleshooting fail, follow the link in the last step to get into contact with Apple Support.
    1. Press the Sleep/Wake button to lock your device.
    2. Wait a couple of seconds.
    3. Press the Home button. Your device should wake up.

    If your device doesn't wake up, follow these steps. Test the Home button after each step:

    1. Restart your device.
    2. Check for debris or dirt around the Home button and clean it with a soft cloth.
    3. Remove any protective film or case that covers the Home button.

    If the Home button still doesn't wake the device, or if the button is damaged, contact Apple Support.
