Q: Activation Lock and Id Locked For Security Reasons

I have 3 devices (iphone5s ios10.0.2, ipad mini ios 9.3.5, ipad2 ios 9.3.5) connect with 1 Apple Id.

Now my Ipad mini was locked, it prompt Wrong ID Apple, your id can not be use to open this iPad!

My Iphone 5s cannot login to I tunes, it kept prompt your id have been locked for security reasons. I have successfully reset my password. My Id and password can be opened at PC but can not be used at my iphone5s! It kept prompt your id have been locked for security reasons!

Same problem with my ipad2, It kept prompt your id have been locked for security reasons!

This really annoying and frustating!

I have been login to my id from PC, the only device that connect to my id is only my iphone5s. What happen to my ipad mini and ipad2?

I have login to my iCloud from PC, there is no devices that connect to Icloud and no devices connect to Find my iPhone too.

What should i do?
