Q: Ipad mail keeps requesting my outlook password

SInce i updated to IOS 10 my ipad and my iphone mail could ask me for my outlook password 4-5 times a day..i have changed my outlook password and deleted and reinstalled outlook on my phone and ipad...its seriously annoying me..if anyone mentions keychain (what ever that is) it says its turned off...has anyone an idea whats going on? Thanks in hope...
