You seem to use beta software on your phone. To rule out a software issue, set it back to the latest official version, use the steps given to you when you signed up for the beta test program.

Should the home button still not work after that, contact Apple to get the phone serviced.

If the sleep/wake button is non-functional on an iPhone 7 Plus, you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the device repaired/replaced. It is under warranty. If you live too far from an Apple store, then you can call Apple support to arrange for mail in service. You get 90 days of telephone support, so there is no cost.
