Q: Ipad mail keeps looking for my outlook password

SInce i updated to IOS 10 my ipad and my iphone mail could ask me for my outlook password 4-5 times a day..i have changed my outlook password and deleted and reinstalled outlook on my phone and ipad...its seriously annoying me..if anyone mentions keychain (what ever that is) it says its turned off...has anyone an idea whats going on? Thanks in hope...

I recently had a similar experience, and found that restoring the iOS device ended the repeated password requests.

THanks..ill try that...but its weird that it happens on my iphone as well..only common denominator is the IOS 10.0.2 Update

It doesn't surprise me that iOS update screws things up and requires a factory restore. It happens.

No. The restore operation will take care of everything you need to do beforehand ... with one exception.

You must turn off Find My iPad if it is currently on.
