How to separate personal and work email

I have recently started to use iPhone7, and noticed that my work outlook email is now picking up my gmail profile photo, why? I would like to be able to access work email via my phone, but not like the fact that my personal info seems now visible via work email.

How to solve this problem? Can someone help?
