Iphone 5s Stuck in endless blinking apple logo loop

Hello guys,

I have the Iphone 5s.

The phone worked great for me untill a few hours ago.

The phone suddenly restarted and did nothing.

When i plugged in the charger it showed me the apple logo for ~3 seconds. It went black after that for ~2 seconds and started again.

I held down the home button and what sent to the itunes logo Where is said i needed to visit support.apple.com/iphone/restore

I went to that page and it told me to press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until i see the Apple logo.

So after i did that my phone restarted and started it all over again. (all of this with my Iphone on the charger)

So i needed to reinstall IOS.

It told me to plug my device in the pc. As soon as i plugged the charger out of my phone it went black.

I plugged in into my pc and nothing happend.

But when i put it back into the (normal) charger It will start blinking again!

This has nothing to do with my computer! It will still charge my sisters iphone with the same charger on the pc.

But there is only 1 problem. I cant seem to connect my i'phone to my pc. When i connect them nothing will happen my Itunes or my pc will not tell me that my i'phone is connected and my iphone does not blink when its connected to my pc. It only blinks when its connected with the charger on the wall for some other reason. I also have another pc and a Chromebook but the same problem occurred on these pc's as well. The phone acctualy showed me the apple logo once whilest put in my pc but then it turned black again and its not showing the apple logo anymore?

On your PC, open iTunes and then connect your phone. It is okay if your phone remains black and iTunes doesn't recognize it. Putting your phone in Recovery Mode will signal iTunes that it is dealing with a device that may not be working properly. Next you will attempt to put your device in Recovery Mode. If you perform these steps and your phone doesn't seem to be responding, contact Apple Support.

I had this problem, and it nearly drove me mad trying to find a fix, I tried connecting it to my comp and it would go through the motions and then fail. resetting or anything else just didn't work, so I left it for a few days (this is not necessary by the way) and when I tried to have another go at it, it went through the same problems, except for one small difference, connecting it to my charger I managed to get it to go into the reset mode and low and behold it booted normally, I thought great that's the problem solved, it wasn't but it did put me on the right track, because on unplugging the charger the phone went off. My next step was to order and fit a new battery in it. Well to cut a long story short, it worked and has worked faultlessly ever since, so to anyone who is suffering with the dreaded apple logo loop problem, my answer is change the battery, they are cheap enough even if it doesnt work, but I think it just might. A final warning is to scrap the charger because it nearly destroyed my other phone as well and sent that into a loop as well. So im not saying its just the battery at fault but possibly also a faulty charger, better safe than sorry.
