GPS and Reception Issues after Last Update

After the last update my GPS based apps will not work properly including Apple Maps. I tried all of the soft issues I could find online as well as a hard reset and the problem still occurs. I downloaded the GPS Status app which told me that my iPhone 6 was at a Bad status for GPS reception. After resetting the network settings it moved up to a Poor status. It is not a location issue due to the face I have the issue where ever I go but it does seem to get worse in areas that would traditionally get bad reception in. Instead of just loosing a few bars ill loose signal all together. It only started happening after the last update. Any advice?

Improve GPS accuracy

GPS accuracy depends on the number of visible GPS satellites. Locating all visible satellites can take several minutes, with accuracy gradually increasing over time. To improve GPS accuracy:

Make sure that you've set the date, time, and time zone correctly on the device in Settings > General > Date & Time. If possible, use Set Automatically.

Keep a clear view in several directions. Walls, vehicle roofs, tall buildings, mountains, and other obstructions can block line of sight to GPS satellites. When this happens, your device uses Wi-Fi or cellular networks to determine your position until the GPS satellites are visible again.

For the cellular reception issue, please check to see if your carrier has any updates available. Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Apple support admitted to me that 10.x broke GPS on my iphone 6 - they said 10.3 would fix it, but it didn't. They admitted that, as well. They had no solution other than wait for the next update.
