Safari keyboard locks with iOS10 ...

Since updating to 10, my Safari keypad occasionally wont change to numerical so I can't type numbers etc - ie I just get no response when I hit the .?123 key at all.

IF I hit the dictation button and then select "not now" it revives and suddenly that key in the bottom left works again.

i Have rebooted several times an no luck.

what is the solution? Or are we waiting for a software update to fix this issue?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

Hi

Go to settings-Safari delete history & data .

Also go to apps store try another web browser i use Firefox

Also try a keyboard called swift key in apps store .

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have cleared history and data and will see how that goes. Will report back in a day or so.
