Q: iPad will not download photos

Suddenly my iPhone and my iPad will not download photos to my MacBook Pro or my Mac desktop. I download photos often and without problems until 2 days ago when it suddenly kept telling me to enter my passcode. I enter it but nothing happens. Also keeps asking if this is a trusted device, even though these are the ones I have always used. What can I do to get photos to load again?

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.0.2
