Dropped calls after installing iOS 10

I Have a iPhone 6 plus 64gb phone with iOS 10.0.2. Ever since I installed iOS 10, I have been having issues with my phone constantly dropping calls. I don't lose signal when it Is happens either. If I look up a number on the internet and try to dial directly from there, 95% of the time it will give me "call failed" on the screen. I have also gotten a system failure as well.
