Clearing website data stored on MacBook

I was doing a history clear and a cache clean on my MacBook. Under Safari system preferences, when i click on manage website data, i have some that can't be removed. They never used to stay there when I deleted them before. Is there something I can do to remove them.

Visit Apple.com site.

Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data

Click the "Manage website data..." button.

Wait. It will take a while for the caches and cookies to populate.

Click "Remove All" button at least three times.

The problem is that when you visit any of those sites, those cookies/caches will be reinstalled.

I don't worry about this any more. I remove all these caches/cookies regularly.

Best.
