iPad Pro 10.0.2 X icon appears when deleting apps but no action follows. (Icon unresponsive)

X icon appears when holding down apps and vibrating occurs. But when attempting to delete apps, no action follows to proceed with deleting after x icon pressed. Tried with all apps. No restrictions enabled. Restarted device many times. Not jail broken. Going through settings//storage//apps works to delete apps but x icon appears to be unresponsive? iPad Pro 10.0.2. Anyone else have this issue? Could be a bug? Thanks community 🙂
