Oct 19, 2016 6:53 PM in response to siangsiongby ckuan,From the link:
Note: If you’re using upgraded iCloud notes, you see them on iCloud.com and your devices with iOS 9 or later and OS X v10.11 or later that use the same iCloud account. If you also have devices with earlier versions of iOS or OS X, you don’t see your upgraded iCloud notes on those devices.
If you’re not using upgraded iCloud notes, you see them on iCloud.com and all your iOS devices and Mac computers that use the same iCloud account. You can also view those iCloud notes in Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer that uses the same iCloud account.
When compatible use Safari link to iCloud below

Oct 19, 2016 7:03 PM in response to ckuanby siangsiong,hi ckuan, this is helpful and you seem to be coming close to understanding my issue.
I am most likely in this scenario: "If you’re using upgraded iCloud notes, you see them on iCloud.com and your devices with iOS 9 or later and OS X v10.11 or later that use the same iCloud account. If you also have devices with earlier versions of iOS or OS X, you don’t see your upgraded iCloud notes on those devices."
My response: I am using upgraded iCloud notes for both my iPad and iPhone devices both running on iOS 10.0.2 and my most current notes content mirror that of the web-based iCloud.
Question: So how then do i go about pulling/syncing these content onto my Macbook Notes (version 3.3, 2011-2014) which runs on Mac System Version: OS X 10.10.5 (14F1912)?

Oct 19, 2016 8:54 PM in response to siangsiongby ckuan,You can't unless you update your Mac to macOS 10.11 El Capitan or later (at the moment we have Sierra 10.12)

Oct 19, 2016 9:00 PM in response to ckuanby siangsiong,Sounds like I have to settle with this (Upgraded) Notes problem unless I update to 10.11 El Capitan or Sierra 10.12!!!!
I shouldn't have opted for Notes Upgrade!

That's correct.
If your Mac hardware is capable, you should update.
Note: The update also includes security & bug fixes.

Oct 19, 2016 11:12 PM in response to ckuanby siangsiong,Alright ckuan, i am sold and will try if my issue can go away after the upgrade to Sierra 10.12.
For Mac hardware, i suppose you are referring to at least 5GB hardest space? My Mac Air was post 2011 and i suppose the other hardwares are impossible with Sierra wish me luck!

Here's what you need:

macOS Sierra requires one of the following Mac models and versions of OS X. It also requires at least 2GB of memory and 8.8GB of storage space.
- iMac (Late 2009 or newer)
- MacBook (Late 2009 or newer)
- MacBook Pro (Mid 2010 or newer)
- MacBook Air (Late 2010 or newer)
- Mac mini (Mid 2010 or newer)
- Mac Pro (Mid 2010 or newer)
- OS X El Capitan v10.11
- OS X Yosemite v10.10
- OS X Mavericks v10.9
- OS X Mountain Lion v10.8
- OS X Lion v10.7
To find your model, memory, storage, and version of OS X, choose About This Mac from the Apple menu (). -
Oct 20, 2016 1:25 PM in response to siangsiongby Eric Root,Check to make sure your applications are compatible.
Applications Compatibility (2)
El Capitan 10.11 Compatibility information
macOS Sierra 10.12: Compatible Apps
Also check to make sure there is a compatible driver for your printer.
Do a backup before installing, preferable 2 backups on 2 different drives.
