imessage needs to be enabled. What does it mean and why I cannot send a message only to this particular contact of mine?
I tried everything it does not work .

Scenario - I Select Pictures to message - "Cannot Send Message Enable imessage" imessage was enabled. Disable it and then you can send pictures with the text message.
You have to disable I-message under settings\ Messages\imessage disable imessage. There is a bug in the application in IOS 10
Also Siri is also not understanding voice commands as well. "What do you mean?"
