Q: Itunes is not letting me get into my old iphone 4

I am trying to get pictures and contacts from my old iphone 4 but, I forgot my password and I already tried connecting it into itunes but it keeps saying try again and not letting me restart my iphone what do I do ??

itunes could not connect to the iphone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode before it can be used with itunes. Thats the question.

If you have forgotten your passcode, you will need to erase your iPhone (which will delete your pictures and contacts) by following the instructions here:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
