Q: iPhone 6 will not restore/connect to itunes

Hello

I have an iPhone 6 that was updated to ios10 a few weeks ago.  I have experience some issues with it but have gotten past those.

Today, however, my iPhone shut off abruptly while i was using it and flashed the "connect to iTunes" screen.

I have done that but no matter how many times i try, it will not restore.  I have gotten error codes 6 and 9 but the USB ports and cord are all in perfect working order. 

As iTunes shows that it is 'waiting for iPhone' during the restore process, the phones flashes a white screen and shuts off and that is when i get the error message.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
