Q: Output is only mono
Recorded all my tracks, started panning and noticed that while the levels and mix were changing slightly, i still heard everything in mono. If i run one track, panned hard left, the stereo out meter says there is only signal on the left, but I hear it in both monitors and both headphones at the same level. I've tested speakers and headphones using my interface (tascam us-1200) and the built in output of my macbook air so it appears to be a software issue.
I've also gone in to the tascam mixer and confirmed that it can indeed handle stereo (as it obviously should)
Any help?

Apparently my accessibility settings got changed to "output stereo as mono". If you want to troll your engineer and audiophile friends this is certainly one way to do it
