Oct 20, 2016 11:03 AM in response to raimyby OGELTHORPE,Is your MBP second hand? If so, you must erase the HDD and enter the original OSX in the MBP in order to establish your Apple ID in connection with the MBP. I am speculating that may be your problem.

Oct 20, 2016 6:02 PM in response to OGELTHORPEby raimy,Nope, I bought my MBP off from shelf in Apple Store. I only change the HDD to SSD. Can that be the cause? I can login to Apple ID via web browse but not via the app itself
