I cant login my App Store from my Macbook Pro OS X Lion

Hi,

I need some advice and help. Recently, I upgraded my iPhone OS to iOS 10 and discovered that my Macbook Pro OS X Lion couldn't detect it. However, as I wanted to upgrade my macbook pro OS to Sierra, I couldn't login to my App Store.

Despite entering the correct password, a message sent to my iPhone informing me a device is login in Singapore. My phone and my macbook is in Singapore.

How can I install Sierra despite from login fail? Please help!

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

IT will be silly not to read manual before downloading. I mean to say ofcos I've read them and yes my MBp is compatible for Sierra.

Is your MBP second hand? If so, you must erase the HDD and enter the original OSX in the MBP in order to establish your Apple ID in connection with the MBP. I am speculating that may be your problem.

Nope, I bought my MBP off from shelf in Apple Store. I only change the HDD to SSD. Can that be the cause? I can login to Apple ID via web browse but not via the app itself
