Q: Wifi is but isn't connecting
When I access the Setting menu my m iPad is showing it’s connected to my home wifi in the panel to the right. However, I don’t get the wifi ‘fan’ icon appearing on the top left of the screen and I’m not able to connect to the internet.
The wifi network in question is coming form a BT Smarty Hub, although I don’t think this is an issues as all 5 of the other iDevices in the house (and other wireless items like the Xbox etc) all connect fine.
The fault is intermittent, but is more often present than not. I’ve tried forgetting the network, rebooting iPad and router and resetting network settings. It’s an iPad Air on iOS 10.0.1 (only cos updating to 10.0.2 is kinda tricky with no wifi!)
Any ideas?
