Q: IPHONE 7 STUCK ON BLACK SCREEN LOADING CIRCLE

Hi my iPhone 7 is stuck on the black loading circle as if the battery had died but my phone was on charge (80%) and someone sent me this link that opens up in safari saying you have a virus with malicious malware or whatever and it crashed my iPhone and ever since it's stuck on that black screen loading as if the battery died. I tried home button and lock screen holding but nothing works. Please help

    To force restart the iPhone 7, press the volume down and the sleep button.

     

    You should force restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a last resort, and only if it's not responding. Follow these steps to force restart your device:

    • On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
    • On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
