Hi my iPhone 7 is stuck on the black loading circle as if the battery had died but my phone was on charge (80%) and someone sent me this link that opens up in safari saying you have a virus with malicious malware or whatever and it crashed my iPhone and ever since it's stuck on that black screen loading as if the battery died. I tried home button and lock screen holding but nothing works. Please help

my iphone 7 is crashed and just showing logo and I tried update and then restore both didn't work i have to go into apple and they updated it and it worked but a WEEK later it is doing the same thing it's crashed and it's not an update to blame....I tried to update and then restore...nothing working again...so I am on the phone with apple... any idea why this is happening??
Just happened to my phone. Hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time. My phone is working again.

To force restart the iPhone 7, press the volume down and the sleep button.
You should force restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a last resort, and only if it's not responding. Follow these steps to force restart your device:

If the phone should not restart after that, put it in recovery mode and restore it again:

You will not lose data by force restarting your device.
what do i do if my home button doesnt work?
If your home button dose not work, you'll have to get it fixed first, especially in case it is needed to force restart the phone.

Hi all, I found the solution for loading screen after few minutes. Go to setting, general, reset, then reset all setting.
After reset all setting my iPhone 7+ stop the loading screens. Hope it helps.
