Q: NEED HELP VERY URGENTLY PLEASE!!

I have macOS Sierra installed on my MacBook Air and since i have installed it , i'm not able to use any of my canon devices like my printer and other devices as there is no software updates of the devices websites so please i need help to downgrade to El Captain but i have no backups.
