Processing

I ordered my phone early morning of Monday this week and got an email about how it's pending in my bank account, although funds were already taken out, and they wanted me to either change the card or cancel, but this is the only card I have in my name. I waited 3 days now for apple to process the money that has been authorized to take so I can go pick up my phone. How long do I have to wait? the email says if I don't respond in a week, it will cancel my order.
