Q: Issue with sound in guided access

Hi,

 

I work for a school district and we have two students who regularly use guided access while in educational apps.  Both students have experienced issues where the app suddenly is muted.  When the staff goes back into guided access, the sound option is turned off in guided access.  At first we assumed that this was human error and that someone on the staff was turning it off by mistake.  But, we have ruled that out and it is now happening on two iPads.  Any suggestions?
