Q: Can someone help me with this?

I ran etrecheck because my MacBook pro was beach balling and these are the result. Can someone advise me on how to fix what the issue is? I'm not sure how or what the problem is. Thank you

    Even though it does not show as running, you have some components of Kapersky anti-virus still installed. Any commercial AV program WILL negatively affect performance. No exceptions.

     

    Is the beach-balling occurring only when using certain programs? I see that some component of FireFox shows in the logs and you have a browser extension installed

    Internet Plug-ins:

        UploadManager copy: Unknown

     

    that Etrecheck does not recognize--a rare thing. Disable that extension, restart the comptuer and see if things get better.
