Q: i can´t play my videos in IOS10

iPad

Hi, i have a IPAD A1429, in IOS10 i can´t view my videos, the videos that i uploaded to my iPad in compatible format (mp4 and m4v).

When I open the app video, it closes immediately and does not show any videos.

Could you pls help me?

Did you download videos from your pc? It maybe due to DRM copyright ?
