new iPhone7 cannot connect to iTunes: New Version needed. I have the newest version

My new iPhone7 cannot connect to iTunes: New Version needed. I have the newest version. I have a Windows vista PC. The backup of my "old" phone is on that computer...... What can i do?

iOS 10 requires iTunes 12.5.1 or later, which in turn requires Windows 7 or later. You will not be able to use that backup unless you transfer it to a computer running Windows 7 or later.
