Taptic Engine problem

Hey,

I have a problem with Taptic Engine on my iPhone 7 Plus. I've updated to 10.0.3 and after 1-2 hours vibration fully disappeared - there is no ringtone vibration, no haptic effects in UI, no home button haptic answer. I've tried reboot, restore and restore from scratch to 10.0.2, 10.0.3 and 10.1 beta 4 - nothing. Sometimes Taptic Engine becomes alive after restoring but it happens not each time and only on activation stage and only before fingerprint scanning for TouchID (when I start scanning fingerprint I feel 1 vibration and than it disappear)
